Frequently Asked Questions
It costs nothing to sell your caravan through us! We offer the current market value for your caravan, depending on age, condition, and whether we collect or you deliver. We also don’t deduct costs from the initial valuation – like many other companies are known to do.
With 40 years’ experience in the caravan trade, we have an expert understanding of caravans, the market, and more. For any unusual or newer caravans we refer to the Glass Guides (an industry recognised valuation guide) to get a benchmark figure. We then use this figure and consider the condition, modifications and more, before presenting you with the final figure.
All payments are made via electronic bank transfer as standard – ensuring you get your money as quickly as possible! If preferable, we can arrange other methods of payment, including cheque and cash.
For electronic bank transfer it can be just 5-10 minutes! However, for cheques times can vary.
Depending on your distance from us, we can value, collect, and pay you in as little as 1 hour!
Providing that any outstanding finance is less than the value of the caravan, we will settle this for you, and forward you the balance from the agreed sale amount. However, if you owe more than the caravan worth, this will have to be settled before we can move forward with any purchase.
